I am a big fan of The Simpsons but I really think that they should stop doing parodies of movies for Treehouse of Horror and create their own stories because lately their parodies have been extremely boring to me. Back in Treehouse of Horror V their parody of the shining and their other parodies were funny and excellent but lately when they start doing parodies of Twilight, Avatar and other movies that aren't even horror based it just isn't funny. The Simpsons is and will always be my favorite TV show but i honestly think they should leave the parodies to south park and create their own stories instead of spoofing others for the Halloween episodes.
