FYI, the quality/ buffer speed have nothing to do with the site.
The quality is due to the fact that either:
a) Its hosted by a different site (i.e. Megavideo)
b) By being uploaded to video sites, quality often is lost
c) The original file is low-quality
The buffer speed is probably due to your own connection. If not, too much people are watching it.
