Mrs Krabappel is fired from Springfield Elementary after Bart spikes her coffee, causing her to make a drunken fool of herself. She is replaced by a cool new teacher, Mr. Vaughn, who is a quick hit with the kids. Bart, however, struggles with the guilt and considers telling Principal Skinner the truth.

Now this episode is much better than last weeks. It actually had some comedic moments even though it had the barf-tastic touch of emotional drama blended into it. Homer called Bart a stupid kid and he didn't strangle him. (I am suspicious of that). They should've tossed out that last episode completely and ran this one as the season premiere. Thre might still be hope that the simpsons in all of it's magnificant glory hasn't taken a crap and lost it's sense of humor. Thanks for posting
