If you spent more time watching TED videos or reading books you'd realize women were actually the driving force behind neocortex development and subsequently all rational thought processes. Your driving talent is your highly competitive nature and over zealous sex drive, which is no longer necessary and in fact harmful. Both of these things could be supplemented to women if given large quantities of testosterone.
