As someone who runs a few websites myself I understand that you want to monetize a high traffic site like this but the technical implementation is pretty poor. Most of these videos don't display the adverts, it just screws up. I'm amazed you keep this many copyrighted videos live - great work but such a shame that half of them now don't play even though the feed still works.
Admin: All the videos work.. if they don't maybe 10 tops are offline.. as for the ads not showing up, we don't display low paying ones..
