There was a small part cutted at the begining: The rocket-like thing smoking on the top of the school after everyone laughs at lisa, was caused by otto and bart. Otto is controlling that big wheel game where you spin on many rockets (I don't know how you call it) then bart says:"I bet you can't speed that thing" then he puts maximun speed on it, and one rocket is launched and hits the school.
Also, after that, the Jimbo's spookyhouse is missing. Millhouse enters this small ruined house made of planks of wood, and finds Jimbo and his friends threading him for money. then he goes out, and bart asks, "Is it scary?", and Millhouse says "a lot!", then bart enters ecxited.
